STEINERT, J. -- Plaintiff, while crossing a street intersection in the city of Aberdeen, was struck by an automobile driven by the defendant. She brought suit for damages for the injuries sustained by her and, in a trial before a jury, was awarded a verdict in the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars. Judgment was enterd upon the verdict, and the defendant appealed.
